‘90 Day Fiancé’: Which Couples Are Still Together and Who Got Divorced?

One of TV’s most deliciously awkward shows, “90 Day Fiancé,” wrapped its ninth season on TLC in August 2022, continuing to be a fascinating experiment in love and culture wars.

The hit reality series is built around the United States K-1 visa program, which allows U.S. citizens to sponsor their fiancé to legally live in the United States. But the sponsor and the applicant must marry within 90 days of entry into the U.S.

90 Day Fiancé has spawned multiple spinoff shows on TLC and helped the network become a ratings juggernaut for Disney, topping all cablers in the key women demo of ages 25-54 in recent Nielsen quarterly reports.

TLC president Howard Lee, whose parents were Chinese immigrants, told Variety in 2020 that the networks programming is a reflection of his own life in the U.S. I understand them and why they want to try to be further understood, he says of the reality stars in shows like 90 Day Fiancé. Please understand me or Please understand my family: That comes across in our programming. And you have to experience that as a child to really understand.

TLC’s “90 Day Fiancé” spinoffs include “Happily Ever After?,” “Before the 90 Days,” “What Now?,” “The Other Way,” “Pillow Talk,” “Self Quarantined,” “The Single Life,” “Love in Paradise” and the recently announced “The Last Resort” which will feature past couples as they “decide if they will stay together or move on, separately.

The mainstay, too, birthed a slate of spinoff series that highlight individual cast members, including “Darcey Stacey,” “The Family Chantel,” “Loren Alexi: After the 90 Days” and “David Annie: After the 90 Days.”

As for the original 90 Day Fiancé, as evident from the vast amount of spinoffs, viewers are eager to find out: which couples are still together? And who called it quits? Well, heres an update on all 49 couples from TLCs popular marital series, starting with the first season back in 2014.

Alan and Kirlyam (Season 1)

Alan, whos from Los Angeles, met Kirlyam while on a Mormon mission in Brazil. Theyre still married and have two children together, Liam and Enzo. The couple has also left Hollywood behind (perhaps he was still jealous of her modeling career?) and moved across country to North Carolina, where they currently live.

Cassia and Jason (Season 1)

Cassia, from Brazil, moved to Florida to be closer to Jason. Unfortunately their 90 Day Fiance experiment ended in divorcetwice. Jason tragically passed from COVID-19 complications in late 2021.

Russ and Paola (Season 1)

Oklahoma shy guy Russ fell in love with Paola during a trip to Colombia years ago. They eventually got married and appeared in TLCs spinoff series Happily Ever After? which documented Paolas desire to move to Miami and pursue a modeling and personal trainer career. They still live in Florida and recently welcomed a son, Axel. The couple went through a series of struggles, but officially got back together in 2022.

Mike and Aziza (Season 1)

Mike met Russian-born Aziza on a dating website and his family, from Cleveland, was highly skeptical of their sons much younger fiance and felt disrespected by her behavior, which included not touching her food at dinner because of a fear of eating in public. But theyre in a much better place now, it seems. Theyre still married and welcomed a baby girl Olivia in January 2019.

Chelsea and Yamir (Season 2)

Chelsea met Nicaraguan boy band singer Yamir while volunteering in South America. They tried to make it work in Illinois, where Chelseas from, but Yamir wanted to continue his music career in Chicago. The couple eventually split.

Brett and Daya (Season 2)

Brett, from a small town in Washington, and Daya, from the Philippines, have dealt with some family friction on the series, particularly from Bretts mother, who accused Daya of wanting expensive things. But theyre still together and welcomed a baby girl Isabelle in 2017.

Justin and Evelyn (Season 2)

Justin, a bachelor from San Jose, decided to settle down with Evelyn after the two met at a hot dog stand in Colombia. The couple is still together and has a son.

Danny and Amy (Season 2)

Danny and Amy have been married since 2014 and currently live in Texas where theyve started a new church. The couple has three children together, a boy Jedidiah and two daughters, Anna and Willow.

Loren and Alexei (Season 3)

Loren and Alexei have proven to be one of the most successful and favored couples from the “90 Day” franchise, sharing three children together. The two have gone on to star in many spinoffs, including their own “After the 90 Days” personalized installment.

Mark and Nikki (Season 3)

Mark, from Baltimore, plucked Nikki nearly 40 years his junior out of the Philippines and theyre supposedly still together, although the couple wasnt happy with their portrayal and tried suing TLC. The case was eventually tossed out, but hey, at least they have each other!

Carolina and Fernando (Season 3)

Fernando, from Florida, and Carolina, from Colombia, separated in October 2020, according to Fernandos Instagram. Replying to a fans comment, he said, It is sad for both of us and regardless of what happens, Carolina is always a special person for me that I love and hopefully we will see better days. However, it seems the couple must have worked through their issues, as Fernando recently posted Carolina on his Instagram in July 2023. 

Kyle and Noon (Season 3)

One of the sweetest couples in Season 3, Kyle, from New Orleans, and Noon, from Thailand, moved to Portland and are still hitched.

Melanie and Devar (Season 3)

Melanie, from Pennsylvania, and Devar, from Jamaica are still together and have a three year-old daughter, Avah.

Josh and Aleksandra (Season 3)

The Mormon couple are still married and lived in Australia for a while where Josh went to medical school. They now live in Idaho and share two children together.

Narkyia and Olulowo (Season 4)

Narkyia, from Pennsylvania, and Olulowo, from Lagos, are still married despite a brief split.

Jorge and Anfisa (Season 4)

This couple ended things as a result of major legal drama: Jorge was sentenced to two and a half years in prison after being found with 300 pounds of marijuana in his car. Anfisa broke up with him two months into his sentence. He was released in May 2020 and officially filed for divorce in August of that year.

Matt and Alla (Season 4)

Matt, from Kentucky, met Alla, from Ukraine, after divorcing from his third wife. They have welcomed two of their own children with Matt also becoming a father to Allas son, Max. They live in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Chantel and Pedro (Season 4)

Chantel and Pedros relationship was dynamic enough to warrant the TLC series The Family Chantel. While it seemed as though the couple had made progress in their relationship, the fourth season of the spinoff captured the downfall of their relationship. The two are now divorced.

Nicole and Azan (Season 4 and 5)

Their relationship is so bizarre that TLC documented not once but three times. Azan, from Morocco, and  Nicole, from Florida, were featured on both Season 4 and 5 of 90 Day ahead of joining The Other Way in its third season. In 2021, Nicole announced that the couple had broken up (not divorced, as they were never married).

Evelyn and David (Season 5)

Evelyn, who was 18 at the time of her marriage to David, from Spain, has since appeared on American Idol and made it all the way to the top 14. They have since divorced, with Evelyn releasing a statement to Us Weekly that read in part, “This is a good reminder that not everything you see on social media is reality.”

Molly and Luis (Season 5)

Luis, from the Dominican Republic, left Molly and her kids behind in Georgia and has since been remarried to another woman. The ex-couple also appeared on TLCs spinoff Happily Ever After?, with Molly going to be featured in several titles including Pillow Talk, The Single Life and The Last Resort.

Josh and Aika (Season 5)

Josh, from Arizona, and Aika, from the Philippines, are still together despite Aikas insistence on having a baby (Josh already has kids from previous marriages). They currently in Scottsdale, AZ minus any new babies.

Elizabeth and Andrei (Season 5)

Elizabeth and Andrei are still together, living in Florida while sharing two children together. They appear as regulars in the TLC spinoff Happily Ever After?

David and Annie (Season 5)

Despite his financial and past marital Issues, which involved  lots of prostitutes, according to his daughter, David somehow managed to hang on to Annie. The couple moved to Arizona and regularly appear on TLCs Pillow Talk in addition to their own After the 90 Days installment.

Colt and Larissa (Season 6)

Colt met Brazilian native Larissa on social media. After getting married, Larissa was arrested for domestic battery. They eventually got divorced after she was arrested after another altercation. Colt was later featured on Season 1 of The Single Life with his mother, Debbie, going to star in Season 2 and 3.

Eric and Leida (Season 6)

Despite some rocky times, including a domestic violence incident in early 2019, the couple are still together, and Leida has since reconciled with one of Erics daughters; the other, Tasha, still doesnt speak to either one of them. 

Steven and Olga (Season 6)

The Season 6 couple announced their split in 2020, but soon got together in 2021. The young parents relationship has often confused fans, but they seem to be on better terms, now parenting their two children in New York City.

Ashley and Jay (Season 6)

Just three days after getting married, Ashley caught Jay using a dating app. They have since been divorced.

Jonathan and Fernanda (Season 6)

The seemingly unbreakable lovebirds Jonathan, from North Carolina, and Fernanda, from Mexico, surprisingly split up following TLCs Tell All reunion special. Fernanda and I will remain friends, Jonathan wrote on Instagram about the couples separation. Fernanda went on to appear in Season 1 of The Single Life, and can be seen on episodes of Pillow Talk. 

Angela and Michael (Season 7)

Before their stint on Season 7, the couple appeared on both seasons 2 and 3 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days, where they split and later reunited. Angela and Michael stand as one of the most tumultuous couples from the franchise, with Michaels infidelities recently exposed on Season 7 of Happily Ever After? However, Angelas social media activity seems to lead fans to believe the couple is still together. More details surrounding their relationship are sure to be revealed as theyre set to star in Season 1 of The Last Resort. 

Tania and Syngin (Season 7)

Though Tania and Syngin moved out of her moms shed and into a place of their own, the couple split up and have since moved apart. Both Thania and Syngin have appeared on seasons of The Single Life, with Syngin actually signing divorce papers on Season 3s tell-all episode. 

Emily and Sasha (Season 7)

Emilys sister Betsy may not have approved, but theyre still together and have a daughter, Sashas third child (he already had two from his previous marriages in Russia). They both appeared on TLCs spinoff 90 Day Fiance: Self Quarantined.

Robert and Anny (Season 7)

Robert, from Florida, and Anny, from the Dominican Republic, connected on Facebook and were engaged within 8 hours of meeting each other for the first time. Theyre still together and share a daughter, Brenda Aaliyah. The couple tragically lost their second child together in 2022.

Michael and Juliana (Season 7)

Brazilian model Juliana and Michael were 23-years-old and 42-years-old, respectively, at the time of their marriage. The two are now divorced. 

Anna and Mursel (Season 7)

Anna, from Nebraska, and Mursel, from Turkey, who met over the mutual love of beekeeping, are still married and now share a child together. 

Andrew and Amira (Season 8)

Andrew, from Florida, and Amira, from France, never wed. They met online and then planned to quarantine together in Mexico due to COVID-19 before getting married in North Carolina, but Amira was deported after three days. After lots of drama, including an argument about having kids, Amira broke off the engagement.

Brandon and Julia (Season 8)

After meeting for the first time in Iceland, Brandon proposed and Julia moved to Dinwiddie, Va., to live on Brandon’s family farm, though they’ve since moved out on their own in part due to Julia clashing with Brandon’s parents.

Rebecca and Zied (Season 8)

After meeting on Facebook in 2018, the couple starred on “90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days” Season 3 and got married in Season 8. The couple is still together. 

Tarik and Hazel (Season 8)

The couple married in June of 2020. Tarik posted a photo from their wedding on Instagram, along with the caption: “My wife. She is the strongest person I know. She is the most complex person I know. Criticism be damned. My loving, shy little braveheart. Tough as nails in light blue heels. I love her.”

Jovi and Yara (Season 8)

Jovi and Yara entered a relationship after what they thought would be a simple one-night stand on vacation. After Yara became pregnant, Jovi proposed and they applied for a visa so Yara could move to the U.S. Jovi ended up miscarrying, but later became pregnant again. They now share their daughter, Mylah, and can be seen in the upcoming season of The Last Resort. 

Stephanie and Ryan (Season 8)

The Season 8 couple split midway through the season, shortly after they reunited in Belize. Their break-up played out in an episode — along with cheating rumors from both parties.

Mike and Natalie (Season 8)

The on-and-off couple first appeared in Season 7 and returned the following season. The status of their relationship is muddled, as the two have been separated for quite some time with neither filing for divorce. The state of their relationship was blasted on The Single Life Season 4 when Natalie visited Mike and he attended the tell-all reunion episode.
