"Rot alive in the black soil with the worms
...fuck, why don't we go"
The dreadful reaper drags an old man
Drags the poor man to hell, he had eaten a poisoned kalakukko1
The cloak flutters when that darkness treads heavily
A whetstone screeches and a scythe swings, life wilts everywhere
The grim man stepped in, took over the silent cottage
"I struck a sword into the farmer's father, hanged him with his own bowels
The old mother, the wife, and the children I threw into a well
I boiled the farmer himself in a tar pot"
The Grim Reaper – when the messiah of death braids a rope
The Grim Reaper – the lifeline starts to be straigth
The Grim Reaper – listen to the choir of angels of death
The Grim Reaper – the dying souls wait for their turn in line
A silent coachman steers the black hearse
Only bloody woven rugs2over the dead ones
That hooded shit barges into a crowd
Devils run wild and shriek, blood is spilled again
1. "Kukko" would literally mean a rooster, but I suppose it refers to kalakukko, which is a loaf of bread with fish baked inside of it. It's a traditional food from Savonia.2. Woven rugs ("raanu" in Finnish) are used as wall textiles, but originally they were used as bed covers.
