Un blasfemo [dietro ogni blasfemo c’è un giardino incantato] [English translation]

Never again I have bent down not even on a flower,

never again I have blushed for stealing love

since Winter convinced me that God

would have not blushed for stealing mine.

I was arrested one day for women and wine,

they didn't have laws to punish a blasphemous,

death didn't kill me, but two bigoted guards,

they looked for my soul with their million punches.

Because I said that God tricked the first man,

he forced him to travel the life of a fool,

in the enchanted garden forced him to dream,

to ignore the fact that in the world there is good and there is evil.

When he saw that the man was stretching his fingers

to steal the mystery of a forbidden apple

for the fear that he no longer had masters

stopped him with death, invented the seasons.

They looked for my soul with their million hits.

And if two guards were the ones who stopped my life,

the forbidden apple is right here on Earth,

and not God, but someone who invented him for us,

forces us to dream in an enchanted garden.
