Under the moon
A few
Of my thoughts unravel
They escape me
They wrap themselves
In their seasonal coats
I imagine
That they end
Their journey below your balcony
We should get in touch
Because you match me
What do my poems become
When they take to the horizon
Where to all these cards go
That detach themselves from my walls
Some of them come back to me
A little more troubled than is reasonable
We should get in touch
Because you match me
If I knew how to spin around the earth
If I knew how to do it
If I had this gift
I would press myself against your iron shutters
I would stay there, it might as well
Be for good
Under the fluid
That guides them
All my thoughts slip away
I cannot believe
They lose their way
Before finding your house
I presume
That they light up
All the lights in your room
We should get in touch
Because you match me
I thought I was keeping under control
My whole cortege of desires
And I see that in turn
Each one of them flies away
Fanning out into the distance
Leaving for their most beautiful role
Wrapping themselves around your shoulders
Like everything I write
We should get in touch
If I could travel around the Earth
If I knew how
If I had that gift
I would press myself against your iron shutters
I would stay there might as well be for good
Under the moon
A few
Of my thoughts unravel
They raise themselves
And with my dream
Of your lips
Blur together in the distance
What luck
When I think about it
I’m sure it dances on your forehead
We should get in touch
Because you match me
