Something happened in my town,
Boulevards spreaded, like wings,
This boredom, simply washed away by rain,
as it turned out, was just dust.
And I realized that I'm also not a free man
In random turnings of the existence,
And that I'm not alone and I'm not ill,
Confusion will go away, but I will stay.
That I'll stay, but I will still have time
To go away without looking back at the emptiness.
And to those whom I'll leave, I don't dare yet
To tell that I can't already endure them.
And perhaps the world should be changed,
Let's become kinder and old fashioned,
More gullible, naively loving
And more sincere, and therefore, more free.
But something happened in the world in the rain:
Hot fiery deserts have cooled.
People laugh in my town,
Freed from dust by the rain.
