If I believed in God

I would be happy

to dream of the day where I would see in the sky

an angel in white robe

on a clear Sunday

coming down towards me in a golden chariot

In (While making) a noise from the wings and silk

Far from all the earth

up there, I would see (him) rise before me

The burning light

The eternal happiness

If I believed in God

But I've seen too much hatred

much and much pain

and I know, my brother, that you will have to walk alone

while trying always

to save the love

a scythe in the hand
