Every day that I live
(Steps)
Every hurdle I take on
(Steps)
On the search for my Center
Successes, missteps, steps
And hopefully much more still,
Still much ahead
Still so many unwritten songs in our ears
If I’ve ever hurt you, forgive me please
All steps
Born in 1984
Small street, small town no one cares about
To a child’s eyes everything alright
Three sided courtyard, rarely anything happening
What a good lot
Never luxury but always bread
Driving a tractor on papa’s lap
And yet everything was not as rosy as I believed
Soon the first scratches
Parental home broken, marriage in the end
With mom and Jeanette, WBS 70*
Then the turn
A bit more colourful now
What does the world cost?
Begrüßungsgeld**
Every day that I live
(Steps)
Every hurdle I take on
(Steps)
On the search for my Center
Successes, missteps, steps
And hopefully much more still,
Still much ahead
Still so many unwritten songs in our ears
If I’ve ever hurt you, forgive me please
The first cigarette
The first time in love
Isn’t it ironic?
Hello music
Hey hey and so many said
This will never be anything
Pursue something more solid
I’ll tell you what’s solid,
This love
This love, these highs, these lows
This gang, this band, these fans, this family
Man, how lucky I am
I look back,
There’s more glitter than crap
I say so humbly
Thank you so much
Everything’s great so far
Every day that I live
(Steps)
Every hurdle I take on
(Steps)
On the search for my Center
Successes, missteps, steps
And hopefully much more still,
Still much ahead
Still so many unwritten songs in our ears
If I’ve ever hurt you, forgive me please
