Some people do nothing but lie (lies are in their lips), And for some people it's in their nature (their skin) to lie.2. This is poetic word order. Everyday speech would render this as "There are lies drawn in skin." I'm trying to follow the format of the Spanish.3. Literally, "unreal"4.
