I've nothing to regret in the world.
I love only this wind - the way it's bold.
Its current and its direction being
The only things to carry any meaning.
The storm didn't give a damn about forecasts,
It contorted gazebos and roses.
I absorbed with complete gratification
The full force of its furious decimation.
And when I stand though elements lour,
They take me for their own in this downpour:
The endless cloud formations,
Of the rainfalls - trepidations.
I implored the sun: "Be silent!
Let the storms and twisters sing till spent"
I'm walking - cloud follows me forlorn.
My roots have grown into the sand,
My leaves towards the east did bend,
Awaiting dawn's helping hand,
To take the first sip it will lend.
Here now, the sun caresses them,
A fiery vortex is borne,
And it's joined with the maelstrom
That comes from the earth into me.
And when I stand smiling - not a frown,
They accept me for one of their own,
Those suave rays of the sun
Akin to the flaming swords.
At the onset, the sweltering heat
Gently warms, I'm walking
And the sun is following my footsteps.
From now on, I wish to be sand's grain
In the desert, a drop of rain,
Nameless, without a petition,
To be a part of this huge world.
I disperse in a relaxed position
Over the surface of the mountain lake,
I look into the lour by the starlight,
I breathe the scorching wind.
And when I stand though elements lour,
They take me for their own in this downpour:
The endless cloud formations,
Of the rainfalls - trepidations.
I implored the sun: "Be silent!
Let the storms and twisters sing till spent"
I'm walking - cloud follows me forlorn.
And when I stand smiling - not a frown,
They accept me for one of their own,
Those suave rays of the sun
Akin to the flaming swords.
At the onset, the sweltering heat
Gently warms, I'm walking
And the sun is following my footsteps.
