The tangle of vocal chords lumps down a shriek
But the time has come and now it's just a cry in the wilderness
Not sooner than later someone will long remember
The soldiers staggering and drying their swords with grass
The black misfortune of crows flapping their wings
The sky sneering and then biting its tongue
The survivor's hand trembling
And the fleeting instant turning into eternity
The sunset burning like a funeral bonfire
The stars squinting like wolves from behind the clouds
Those who had gone into the night lying with wide-spread arms
The survivors tumbling down as one into a dreamless shuteye...
Yet "life" is but a word, there is only love and there is death....
Hey! And who will sing if everybody rests?
Death is worth living
And love is worth waiting for....
