Кошка [Koshka] [English translation]

[Chorus]

There's a lot of lust in you, lust and beauty

Guys die from your heel1

But you're like a cat, all by yourself

At night you're in my arms, but in the morning you shut the door (x2)2

[Verse 1]

You're wild, wild, I'm thankful, thankful,

For your vivid beauty, oof, I can't do this

Let me just enjoy you fully

After clubbing, at night, I'll bring you home

Trusted smell of cigarettes, I'm almost undressed

My legs shiver from these dances, touch my soul3

In the soffit of wet eyes, shadows copy us4

You'll gently pull off my undergarments, oh how I want you, ay, yo

[Chorus]

There's a lot of lust in you, lust and beauty

Guys die from your heel

But you're like a cat, all by yourself

At night you're in my arms, but in the morning you shut the door (x2)

[Verse 2]

The smell of you has made me dizzy

You've intoxicated me into courage

How are you like this, tell me?5

Baby, breathe deeper, yes, breathe deeper

Don't look in my direction, don't look in my direction

Be mine equally and you'll lose your head

Call me - I won't go, and I'll drive you to tears

I'll start a war, and take you with me

[Chorus]

There's a lot lust in you, lust and beauty

Guys die from your heel

But you're like a cat, all by yourself

At night you're in my arms, but in the morning you shut the door (x3)

1. "Heel" as in high heel. Yes, singular for some reason :^(2. "My" implied, though not stated in the original text, which just omits the pronoun.3. "Touch" here being a command.4. I kept it as "soffit" because I'm not really sure which meaning of the word they intend here - apparently it comes from Italian 'soffitto' aka 'ceiling', and can be used to either (wrongly but commonly) refer to stage lights or to that sticky-outy bottom part of roofs. Or maybe it's some new slang I'm not privy to, to a word like "sophistication"? Who knows...some input would be lovely :)5. More literally "where do you (being like this) come from?", with the connotation of "what made you this way".
