I no longer believe in the mission
It feels as if everything has been lost
We're sitting here in the tower of glass
And the base of the tower is broken
We won a battle with bullets and gunpowder
But the war continued and life has been postponed
We drank the champagne, we thought we had crossed the finish line
But its cool alleviation alone was all we achieved
Now we're sitting in our dark prison
Below the beautiful roof of this world
Among birds, clouds, and yearning
Seeing day turn to night turn to day
Everyone can see our unimportant insides
'Cause the glass is like new
And we only write poems
About the clouds and escaping
Now we're feeling the tower shattering
But first a profound sensation of loss
At full speed, we're throwing ourselves
Through the blue maw of the sky
We're crashing through the wind
In our quiet palace of glass
Even gravity must disappear
And can't keep us in place
For the first time in a thousand years
You'll be seeing us with smiles
'Cause these last hours
Have been the most beautiful miles
We're not going to live in the sky
No, dreams are our residence
The only spires and towers we'll build
Are the tallest dreams in our souls
