A flower falls without noise
Without guilt nor pain
Without asking why.
While asleep an illusion takes shape
Life is a chance
That tomorrow will offer.
The sky above us is changing
There is no rush and then
At our awakening darkness will be scared.
Something new in my hands
My dignity
The sun will shine like white snow.
We will come back here
White leaves in the frost, naked and weightless
Here we will find again
Another surrendered dream locked into a drawer.
Without asking why
Yesterday it was here and today it is not.
As light as a change of season
The will to start again
Even a little will be enough
It is as if nothing ever happened
The beauty of a start
Seems to never end.
The sky above us is changing
There is no rush and then
At our awakening darkness will fall asleep.
Something new in my hands
My dignity
The sun will shine like white snow.
We will come back here
White leaves in the frost, naked and weightless
Here we will find again
Another surrendered dream locked into a drawer.
Without asking why
Yesterday it was here and today it is not.
Like surrendered leaves,
With no more defences
Despite the wind they are still hung
Buds now disclosed
Veins of water and light
Waiting for the sun while the sky is silent.
We will come back here
White leaves in the frost, naked and weightless
Here we will find again
Another surrendered dream locked into a drawer.
Without asking why
Yesterday it was here and today it is not.
