It seems almost a lie
that after so long a time
since we cut the bonds that held us together
we still keep that thrill on the day of our aniversary.
The same table that has seen us
holding hands under her
makes sure that the same corner as always
stays booked.
And even though the tale came to an end
there´s something still alive in this love.
And, blow as hard as we may
there are flames that not even the sea (can quench).
May flowers will , bit by bit, give way
to crow´s feet
