Rain!

Suddenly the sky is sounding full of tinkly rain.

Bang!

Roofs and cats are frightened of the thunder loud bang,

Looking outside,

Opening window I have welcomed stormy wind,

Rain is bright and hopeful and fresh as it can be.

Here comes the joy,

Joy is shouting - leave it all and follow me!

Simply go out,

Leave your stuffy flat and go jump there over pools,

See the children,

Children playing, laughing without adult rules.

Drops upon my face,

It is just a rain or maybe these are really tears.

Rain has cleared it all

And my soul is melting free of anger, hurt and fears,

Running as a stream,

Flowing far away right to the meadows full of grass,

Turning into steam,

Flying out of here to the far unknown stars.

I have closed my eyes

And imagined happy people out on the streets,

People under rain

All together singing songs like this is all they need,

Absolutely wet

And together dancing there forgetting flu and shame,

Careless and blessed,

Happy people meeting May, the thunder and the rain.
