Your body can betray you
Living each day together
A soul and its medium
A being completes the set
But there may come a day
It fails the spirit within
Where mortality's faults
Give it leave to terminate
The spirit goes on alone
Unaccompanied, unbridled
No longer corporeal sealed
Nameless, and ingrieving
You can betray your body
A weak spirit preying e'er
Making decrepit by habits
Lifestyle, a death sentence
So then a spirit lost here
Sends its temple plastic
To its earthen clad destiny
Thoughtless, and mouldering
So the two worlds coexist
Inseparable on birth, 'til death
Both to grow as a mergance
Extinguished in betrayal
