My rose is such a beauty
That her coffin
Might be a golden safe
In it sleeps my rose
Golden freckles on her rosy cheek
Sometimes i ask her for a kiss
My rose is a sweet poison
Her coffin is wide open
In it I lay weeping too
The ribbon of my rose
Flies in the wind, storm is tossing it
My rose loved it so dearly
But it's no longer in her sorrowful hair
And sometimes i secretly ask
My rose to come home
Her coffin is wide open
In it she lays weeping
My darling(rose) is such a beauty
When she cradles me on her breasts, my heart bursts
May my rose cradle me to sleep
and embosom me one more time
And sometimes i see her again
In the summer wind
Her coffin wide open
In it we lay weeping
