Anja of seventh heaven
one summer the seventh heaven collapsed
outside it made no sound
but it was deafening for her that woke up
Like a dark omen
a slow wreck into the truth
in her eyes (there were) wonder
fear and love for him that doesn't know
some saw her flying among the fields
when the sixth sky opened up
a patch of sky-blue among the lightnings (I don't know if "patch" is right, the meaning is a rip, an opening)
he held her to his body and then (he) left
Anja, hell on earth
they call it war away from here
from these crosses in the freezing cold
taking off his veil the fifth heaven disappeared
but more than faith is anger
that sees and can't believe and doesn't pray anymore
for a future of sand
while the fourth heaven falls down
some saw her lying among the fields
when even the moon didn't shine (stopped shine)
and the rain soaked her hips
while the third heaven burned down
Anja looking at the road
but he's a return who won't coming back
Anja is a dead end
the second heaven will dissolve
Some saw her after the war
staring at the blue
seeking who knows what star
an answer that is no longer enough
Anja of seventh heaven
a distant dream think about it from here
Anja just one heaven and only one moon
leave it there (I don't know if it's right, but the meaning is to leave it alone, where it is now)
Anja only one heaven, just one now and that's all
leave it there
