Today I ran over an old woman
It wasn't on purpose and I feel bad about it now
An old woman with snow-white hair
And a grey dress
I have packed her into my car immediately
And brought her into the forest
I have buried her on a clearing
During a moonlit night
I'm sure she was beautiful in younger days
And certainly she had a husband
I didn't have to carry very heavily
There wasn't much on her
Most likely her pension was small
And hardly enough for the butter on her bread
But luckily she doesn't have to worry about that anymore
'cause I drover her dead today
Everyone has to day one day
One day the time is here
And once your last hour is up
It'll be your time as well
Everyone has to day one day
One day it'll be your time
And once your last hour is up
The grim reaper will collect you
Today I ran over an old woman
It wasn't on purpose and I feel bad about it now
An old woman with snow-white hair
And a grey dress
I'm sure she lived over there in the highrise
It won't be noticed that she's gone
The neighbours hardly know each other by name
As far as I'm told
Everyone has to day one day
One day the time is here
And once your last hour is up
It'll be your time as well
Everyone has to day one day
One day it'll be your time
And once your last hour is up
The grim reaper will collect you
Everyone has to day one day
One day the time is here
And once your last hour is up
It'll be your time as well
Everyone has to day one day
One day it'll be your time
And once your last hour is up
The grim reaper will collect you
