By the morning that was rising I found
That which I had wished by the belated night
And I go around happily singing

All the sadness that I had
I have now expelled
With the song that has just arrived
And I go singing joyful
The happiness that Jesus has sent
I remember the former times
That almost steal me
My faith and my hope
And today I turn myself joyful
Singing to God
Who helped me so much
I am not going to blame the feigned
Friends that I previously had
In life
Not even am I going to say
That the reason for the failure
Is tied to lost battles
And confidently I say farewell
Singing entirely happy
Thankful to the good Lord
For having helped me.
