WWE Smackdown Live Open Discussion Thread 9/24/19: Final USA Network Episode

Tonight on the With Spandex WWE Smackdown Live open discussion thread:

Roman Reigns intends to clear the air with Daniel Bryan after last week’s attack by Erick Rowan and Luke Harper left them both destroyed. Kofi Kingston will conduct a special sit-down interview to discuss his upcoming WWE Title match against Brock Lesnar. Carmella also is set to team with Charlotte Flair against Bayley and Sasha Banks.

Our five-point preview:

1. It’s the final episode of Smackdown Live on USA Network, so maybe we can finally stop spelling it “SmackDown LIVE.” Keep Fuel handy to play in the background if you start getting emotional about it.

2. Roman Reigns wants to clear the air with Daniel Bryan after they got beaten up by the Bludgeon Brothers, and is definitely not setting himself up for a swerve where Bryan and the Bludgies attack him 3-on-1.

3. Will the Shane McMahon story finally come to an end a week before Smackdown moves to Fox Sorry, I meant to ask, “can it”

4. Kofi Kingston has a sit-down interview, presumably where he writes a sad journal entry about how much fun it was to be WWE Champion.

5. Charlotte Flair and Carmella team up against Bayley and Sasha Banks. If Carmella gets pinned during the tag match, does she also lose the 24/7 Championship There’s never been a champion who actually wrestles matches, so we aren’t sure how it works.
